main gym floor needs to have tarps, 10 banquet tabels are needed. the cafeteria table and chairs need to be removed Friday Sept 30, 2016 and returned after the dance Please. 6 tables with chairs should be placed in the main gym on the tarps. Scaffolding will be needed for decorations on Friday, 9/30/16. in the evening
