MCC - Welding I - B120/B121

This introductory class is for adults with little or no welding experience. Training concentrates on GMAW & SMAW skill and includes: welding safety, symbols, blueprint reading, and hands-on experience using TIG, MIG, stick, heavy plate, and sheet metal. Aluminum welding is discussed, but does not include pipe welding.

Class runs 5/5 - 6/2 on Mon, Tues, & Thurs. Note: No class 5/26

Note: All welding students will need to provide a helmet/shield, a jacket, gloves and appropriate footwear. A supply list will be provided at registration.
